A great find. Honestly, I’m not usually a fan of self-help books—either there’s too much theory or tasks that feel a bit silly. But here, everything is presented really well. There’s just enough theory to clarify things and help you understand the topic. The issues, concepts, and approach to work are laid out so well that I actually grabbed a piece of paper and wrote out my own action plan—something I definitely didn’t expect.
